Welcome
to our MIOL (Mythology in Our Language) blog.
This is just another tool that is helping us develop an eTwinning
project financed with Erasmus+ funds, and that involves the cooperation of two
secondary schools: one in Greece, Genikó Lykeio Pyrgou, and one in Madrid,
Spain, IES Villa de Vallecas, both of which use English as the common
communication language.
Both students and teachers are part of this exciting adventure: 12
Spanish students, 8 Greek ones, and most teachers in both schools, although the
number of those more closely engaged in this and other alternative activities
are about 10 in each school.
The blog is organized in three different categories:
- Greek mythology and its influence
and presence in Spanish and Greek languages.
- Spanish myths in Spanish and Greek
languages.
- A glossary of terms.
We really hope this blog proves to its readers and followers as useful,
interesting and exciting as it is for us, and we encourage to further follow
the complementary activities of our eTwinning adventure in our Twinspace at
ENJOY!
